New Hire Information
You have 30 days from your actively-at-work date to complete your enrollment. Contact the Benefits Call Center at (833) 627-3487 to complete your new hire enrollment. Or if you would like to self-enroll visit the Employee Navigator Portal by clicking here.
Annual Enrollment
Liberty ISD Annual Enrollment is mandatory for all employees. Coverage will not automatically roll over to the new plan year, so every employee must either enroll with an enroller or complete self-enrollment through the Employee Navigator portal for the 2025–2026 plan year.
- Enrollment window: July 28 – August 7, 2025.
- How to enroll: Use an enroller or log in to the Employee Navigator portal and complete your elections.
- Important: Failing to enroll during this window may result in loss of voluntary coverage.
Mid-Year Changes
Please remember that premiums paid on a pretax basis are locked in for the plan year. Your benefit elections cannot be changed mid-plan year unless you experience a qualifying life event.
- Examples of qualifying life events: marriage; divorce; birth or adoption of a child; loss or gain of other coverage; change in employment status.

Ancillary Benefits
Liberty ISD provides Full-Time Team Members who work a minimum of 20 hours per week, and are at least age 18 the opportunity to purchase the following benefits for you and your eligible dependents: Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic and Voluntary Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Disability, Universal Life, Cancer, Hospital Indemnity, Accident, Critical Illness, Legal Services and Identity Theft Protection.

Liberty ISD offers FSA and HSA plans to assist with the financial burden of Health Care and Dependent Care expenses.
